30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery by emailing info@techjo.shop with your order number. For a change-of-mind return, the product must be unused and in its original condition, with accessories and packaging. Contact us before shipping it back so that we can give you instructions and the correct return address. Do not return it to the address printed on the parcel without our instructions.

We pay the return shipping cost for approved returns. We will provide a prepaid label or arrange another prepaid return method where available. If we ask you to purchase postage, we will reimburse the agreed reasonable cost. Keep proof of shipment.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with your order number and photos if helpful. We will arrange an appropriate replacement, repair or refund and cover the return shipping if a return is needed. Your rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

Refunds and cancellations

We will notify you after receiving and checking your return. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; payment providers may take additional time to show the credit. Any standard outbound shipping paid will also be refunded where required by law. If your order has not shipped, email us promptly about cancellation.

This voluntary policy does not limit any statutory right of withdrawal or other consumer rights in your location.
