Wrong size? Here is what to do
You can request a return within 30 days after delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unused and in original condition, with accessories and packaging.

- Wait for return instructions
For approved returns, we cover return postage through a prepaid label or another prepaid method where available. If we ask you to buy postage, we reimburse the agreed reasonable cost. Keep proof of shipment.
- Send to the confirmed address
Use the address we provide. Do not send your return to the address printed on the parcel without our instructions.
- Receive your approved refund
We notify you after receiving and checking the return. Approved refunds go to your original payment method; your payment provider may need additional time to show the credit.
