Wrong size? Here is what to do
You can request a return within 30 days after delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unused and in original condition, with accessories and packaging.
- Contact us first
Contact us with your order number and the size issue. If you would like another size, ask us about the next step before placing a replacement order.
- Wait for return instructions
For approved returns, we cover return postage through a prepaid label or another prepaid method where available. If we ask you to buy postage, we reimburse the agreed reasonable cost. Keep proof of shipment.
- Send to the confirmed address
Use the address we provide. Do not send your return to the address printed on the parcel without our instructions.
- Receive your approved refund
We notify you after receiving and checking the return. Approved refunds go to your original payment method; your payment provider may need additional time to show the credit.
Received the wrong item or a damaged piece?
Contact us promptly with your order number and photos if helpful. We arrange an appropriate replacement, repair or refund, and cover return postage if a return is needed.

Available in XS, S, M, L and XL. Size labels vary between products. Measure around your fullest bust, natural waist and widest hips with the tape level and relaxed.
